MyMove gathers residential and commercial property listings from Isle of Man estate agents and puts them on one page. Before it existed, finding a home here meant checking eight or nine agent websites in turn, each with its own search, its own filters and its own idea of what counts as available.

What it does

Every agent, one search. Sales and lettings from the Island's estate agents, refreshed through the day.
Find a Home. Answer a few questions and each property is scored against what you actually care about, with the reasoning shown rather than hidden behind a number.
Market statistics. What homes actually sell for by area and by size, built from Land Registry records rather than asking prices.
Sold prices. The public record of what changed hands, searchable.

Where the data comes from

Listings are collected from the agents' own public websites. The property, the photographs and the details belong to the marketing agent, and MyMove links back to the original listing on every card. We do not sell property, act in any transaction, or take a commission.

Sold price and market statistics come from the Isle of Man Land Registry transaction report, published by the Isle of Man Government under the Open Government Licence.

Always confirm with the agent. Listings are gathered automatically. A property may be sold, under offer or withdrawn before our next refresh, and details can be mis-read from an agent's page. Treat what you see here as a signpost to the agent's listing, never as a substitute for it.

Are you an agent?

If you market property on the Island and would like your listings included, corrected, or supplied directly by feed rather than collected from your website, write to support@mcloud.im. A direct feed is more accurate for you and less load on your site.
