These terms govern your use of MyMove (mymove.im), operated by MCloud Limited, a company incorporated in the Isle of Man, of Town House, 24 Lock Promenade, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 2LX. By using the site you accept them.
MyMove is an index of property advertised for sale or to let on the Isle of Man, collected from estate agents' public websites, together with statistics derived from public records. It is an information service. MCloud Limited is not an estate agent, is not a party to any transaction, provides no financial, legal, survey or valuation advice, and receives no commission on any sale or letting.
Listings are collected automatically and refreshed periodically. We take care to represent them faithfully, but we do not warrant that any listing is current, complete or correct. A property may be sold, under offer, withdrawn or repriced before we next refresh, and details may be mis-read from the source page.
The agent's own listing is authoritative. Every property on MyMove links to it. Confirm price, availability, tenure, measurements and every other material fact with the marketing agent before acting.
Statistics are derived from the Isle of Man Land Registry transaction report and from advertised prices. They describe the market in aggregate. They are not a valuation of any individual property and must not be relied on as one. Registry data is dated by the date terms were agreed and appears on registration, so recent periods are incomplete; where this materially affects a figure we say so on the page.
You may create an account by confirming an email address. There is no password: we send a single-use link. Keep access to your email account secure, as anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
Saved searches and email alerts are provided as a convenience and on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee that every matching property will be found or that any alert will arrive. Do not rely on an alert as your only means of hearing about a property.
You may delete your account and everything held with it at any time from within the site, or by writing to support@mcloud.im.

Property particulars and photographs belong to the marketing agents or their clients and are shown to identify and link to the original listing. Land Registry data is Crown copyright, reproduced under the Open Government Licence. The MyMove name, design, and the statistics and match scoring we produce belong to MCloud Limited.
If you are a rights holder and object to material appearing here, write to support@mcloud.im and we will remove it promptly.
The service is provided as-is. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MCloud Limited is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published here, including any decision to buy, sell, let or rent. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the law of the Isle of Man, and the courts of the Isle of Man have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
