This page explains what MCloud Limited does with personal information on MyMove, in plain terms.

We do not collect payment details, your address, your telephone number, your age or your income, and we hold no special category information.
MyMove uses one cookie, set only after you sign in, and only to keep you signed in. It contains no personal information and is not used to profile you.
The site also remembers your questionnaire answers and shortlist in your own browser while you are signed out. That stays on your device until you sign in, and clearing your browser data removes it.
There are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Because the only cookie we use is essential to a service you have asked for, you will not find a consent banner here, and we would rather not put one in your way.
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site — for example to deliver our email and to display maps and page styling. They act on our instructions, may only use the information to provide their service to us, and are bound by contract to keep it secure. We will tell you which providers we use if you ask.
Beyond that, we do not share your personal information with anyone. It is not passed to estate agents, advertisers or data brokers. When you click through to an agent’s listing you leave MyMove, and that agent’s own privacy policy then applies.
Your information is held on servers in the Isle of Man and is protected in transit and at rest. We keep it only as long as it is useful to you:
Under Isle of Man data protection law you may ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. Two of these you can do yourself, immediately:
To stop marketing emails, use the link at the foot of any email we send, or switch alerts off on your saved search. For anything else, write to support@mcloud.im and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you may complain to the Isle of Man Information Commissioner.
We do not store passwords at all — signing in works by a single-use link sent to your email address, so there is no password to be lost or stolen. Access to the information we hold is restricted to those who need it to run the service.
Because we sign you in through your email, please keep your email account secure: anyone who can read it could sign in as you.
If what we do with personal information changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. Where a change materially affects people who have given us their email address, we will tell them.
